After the extreme weather we’ve had in late January, I’m sure the kiddos are going absolutely stir crazy. I know my little guy certainly is! I’m not going to lie, searching for events, activities and things to do in February was a little bit of a challenge.
I think I found some of the best to feature for my February top 5:
Storytime with Sue | Website
When: Saturday, Feb 2nd, 10:30AM-11:15AM
Where: Ruckus & Glee
What: Sue, the retired kindergarten teacher turned expert story teller, is back for another story time that is sure to please toddlers and their parents!

Tent Tales | Website
When: Tuesday, February 5th, 10:30-11:30AM
Where: L.L.Bean (at The Corners of Brookfield)
What: Story-time at our local L.L.Bean store! Kids will explore a different nature or outdoor theme, followed by related activities, games or crafts. Recommended for children ages 3-6. Caretakers must remain on-site and are welcome to join in the fun or spend the time shopping. Registration is required at http://www.llbean.com/brookfield

Bowling, Lego and a Movie | Website
When: Tuesday, January 15th, 6AM-1PM
Where: 6901 W. North Ave.
What: TOSA Block Party will be bringing tons of LEGO bricks, so you can build while you bowl. They will be showing the original LEGO movie right on the lanes. Plus everyone that comes will be entered into a free raffle for a chance to win a LEGO Party, a Bowling Party, some new LEGO Sets and tickets to see the LEGO MOVIE 2 at the Rosebud Theatre in Wauwatosa
Admission/Tickets: $10 per person (includes 2 games and shoes)
Milwaukee Kids Expo | Website
When: Saturday, February 9th, 10:00 am – 4:00 pm AND Sunday, February 10th, 10:00 am – 4:00 pm
Where: State Fair Park
What: Learn, explore + play together as a family at the Milwaukee Kids Expo! Enjoy hands-on educational and interactive fun your kids won’t want to miss! Plan your kids’ summer activities, find information on the latest products and services to keep everyone from newborns to teens healthy and happy. Activities for the kids include bounce houses, live animals, indoor playground, kids performances, fire trucks, race cars, princess meet-and-greets and much more!
Admission/Tickets: $9 Adult, $6 Child, Kids under 2: FREE
Miniature Milwaukee Train Exhibit | Website
When: Now through April 7th
Where: The Domes
What: Miniature Milwaukee, the garden train show at the Mitchell Park Domes, is fun for the whole family. G-scale trains crisscross hundreds of feet of track through the miniaturized landscape. The show is open daily, Jan. 19 through April 7, 2019, and is included with general admission to The Domes.
Admission/Tickets: $7 for adults, $5 for kids and under 5 is free. Bonus: the first Thursday of each month is free for MKE county residents.
